Vicki Boulton is Director of Vicki B Consulting. Vicki is a Justice of the Peace and accredited training and recruitment professional with the RCSA. Most recently Vicki has had the honour of being named a finalist in the 2011 NSW Training Awards in the award category of VET Teacher/Trainer of the Year. Vicki has spent many years in the Training, HR and Recruitment fields, working for an array of large Corporations in both salaried postions and also on a contract basis, providing essential tools for progressive, enlightened employers, seeking a higher level of productivity and positive outcomes for and from their employees. Vicki has worked extensively in the Recruitment Sector, recruiting everything from Boilermakers through to Senior Project Managers and Chief Executive Officers. Throughout Vicki's career, she has been the proud recipient of several major Small Business Awards in 2003, 2004 and 2005 respectively and has been featured in several mainstream newspaper articles. Vicki enjoys giving back to the community and has participated in activities such as having had the honour of being a member of the judging panel of the 'Oz Speak' Public Speaking Competition held in conjunction with Baulkham Hills Shire Council 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 .
Importantly, Vicki believes that all work is honourable and embraces a philosophy of empowering trainees and candidates to 'exceed their own limitations'.

Janice Day Administrator - PA
Janice Day PA and Office Administrator
Janice Day is our Senior Administration Manager and has had vast experience in the Corporate Sector at Executive level including 15 years at James Hardie & Company Pty Limited.
Janice’s experience is most extensive and she is well versed in all facets of administration management and PA duties. She is very much a team player with well developed people skills and a high level of confidentiality.
As well as her corporate experience Janice has also worked in Aged Care providing secretarial and administration support in the Accreditation process.
Additionally, Janice holds the role of Privacy Officer to ensure all workplace sensitivities are maintained to the highest standard for each and every candidate registered with Vicki B Consulting. Janice also actively resources for the Executive Sector.

At Vicki B Consulting, we offer personalised service. We offer a FREE 45 minute WDDA* (Workshop Design and Development Analysis).
